1. The service
Aura Clinic is an online homeopathic clinic and dispensary platform operating in Pakistan. We provide homeopathic wellness consultations over WhatsApp, delivered by our clinical team and issued under the review and authority of registered homeopathic practitioners. Where a consultation results in a prescription, we prepare and deliver the prescribed items to your door.
2. Scope of care
Our service addresses conditions appropriate for homeopathic care. It is not a substitute for emergency medical care. If you experience a medical emergency — such as chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe bleeding, or loss of consciousness — go to the nearest hospital emergency department immediately. Where our clinical team determines that your condition requires a different kind of care — surgical, emergency, or specialist management — we will tell you honestly and refer you to the appropriate care rather than treat you.
3. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your health, current medicines, and relevant history; consultations and prescriptions are prepared in reliance on what you share. Do not stop any medicine prescribed by another doctor except on that doctor’s advice.
4. Orders and payment
Prices are confirmed with you on WhatsApp before any order is prepared; the price quoted is all-inclusive, with free delivery. Orders are prepared only after your explicit confirmation. Payment is by cash on delivery or advance payment as agreed on WhatsApp. Refunds and delivery issues are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.
5. Records and privacy
Your consultation and records are handled as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
6. Agreement
By using this service, and by accepting a prescription issued through it, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. We may update these Terms from time to time; the current version is always available on this page at auraclinic.pk/terms.
